Kaitlin is an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner who supports recovery and balance through attentive, whole-body care.

Her path to osteopathy began during a long recovery from chronic pain, where osteopathic manual therapy played a key role in restoring her ability to move freely and live fully. This experience inspired her to train at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy, and she is a proud member of the Ontario Osteopathic Association.

Guided by her personal and professional experiences, Kaitlin’s approach is intentional, care-filled, and attuned to each person’s unique needs and goals. She honours the body’s resilience and capacity to self-regulate, working with the understanding that recovery is layered and non-linear. Her practice focuses on supporting lasting resiliency and well-being through a structural, whole-body approach to treatment.

Kaitlin enjoys working with clients who are curious about the body’s natural capacity for change and open to a thoughtful, integrative path toward recovery.

Outside of clinical practice, Kaitlin can often be found on the water, spending time outdoors, cooking, or making things by hand. These simple joys keep her grounded and inspired, and naturally echo through her practice each day.

Welcome! Minna is a registered social worker with a wide range of experience in community mental health settings, often focused on 2SLGBTQ+ youth and disordered eating. Minna has particular expertise with panic and anxiety disorders, depression, trauma and vicarious trauma, concerns related to gender and sexuality (such as questioning gender and/or sexuality, navigating homophobia and transphobia), and eating disorders. When supporting people with eating disorders she takes a health at every size approach.

In her psychotherapy practice, Minna draws upon narrative therapy, relational/psychodynamic therapy, and is informed by DBT and somatic therapies. Minna’s approach is collaborative and focused on supporting you to build more stability and deeper self-understanding. This approach is experiential and less focused on teaching specific skills (although this is something we can do). Instead, therapy will focus on developing and reflecting upon a relationship you build together. You may have skills already but struggle to use them. You may have felt rushed in previous therapies. We will begin where you are, at the pace you need.

Minna is neurodivergent-affirming, grounded in anti-racism and anti-oppression, and informed by disability justice. You will have space to explore the ways that your context (identity, community, social systems) impacts your health and well-being. She enjoys supporting youth and feels comfortable with neurodivergent communication styles. When not working in private practice, Minna works at Sheena’s Place as their Program Manager, facilitating free support groups focused on eating disorders.

Welcome to my online booking site!

I’m a Registered Social Worker who offers in-person psychotherapy in the city of Toronto/Tkaronto. While I’m open to different modalities, my preference is to work with clients in-person, as I believe this allows us to connect and engage on a deeper, more meaningful level.

My approach to therapy is psychodynamic, meaning that we would explore the unconscious parts of your life together—things like physical sensations, body memories, dream images, feelings, urges, and impulses. I believe this deeper exploration helps uncover patterns that may be influencing your thoughts, behaviors, and relationships.

As a Trauma-Informed therapist, I draw from a variety of modalities, including Internal Family Systems, Attachment-Focused Therapy, Active Dreamwork, and Family Constellations. These practices help guide you towards a more profound connection with your inner world, while also addressing relational wounds and experiences from your past.

My work centers on a holistic wellness approach, while maintaining a strong focus on anti-oppressive, client-centred, and trauma-informed care. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process, grounded in mutual respect, empathy, and non-judgmental listening.

If you’re ready to look inward and challenge beliefs and patterns that are no longer serving you, psychotherapy may be a good fit. I work with both adolescents and adults, and I also offer Clinical Supervision for practicing and qualifying psychotherapists.

Please reach out via email to book a complimentary consultation. I look forward to connecting with you and supporting you on your journey towards better health.
