CLINICAL NUTRITION
HERBAL MEDICINE
HOMEOPATHY
PHYSICAL TREATMENTS
ACUPUNCTURE
LIFESTYLE COUNSELLING
By exploring multiple factors contributing to your health concerns, naturopaths aim to gain a deeper understanding of the underlying causes of illness. This holistic and integrative approach helps to both alleviate disease symptoms and promote overall health and wellbeing.
Naturopathic doctors are regulated health professionals with 3-4 years of postsecondary education, plus 4 years of full time study at an accredited college of naturopathic medicine. Graduates receive the designation Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine (ND) and must successfully complete the national Naturopathic Physicians Licensing Examinations as well as provincial Regulatory Board Examinations in order to qualify for licensing in Ontario.

Afraid of needles?
Many people find that once they experience acupuncture, the experience is nothing like having an injection or being needled for the purposes of giving blood. However, for sensitive cases, including small children, there is no need to use needles in a treatment. Other tools can be used to activate the meridians and stimulate the acupressure points without penetrating the skin, while achieving the same benefits.
Registered Massage Therapy
Massage Therapy is the manipulation of soft tissues (tendons, ligaments, muscles, and fascia) performed for the purpose of restoring those tissues to a healthy state. It is well known to be a safe treatment for many common conditions, including muscle sprains and strains, trigger points, neurological pain, and posture imbalances.
Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs) use highly specialized hands-on healing techniques which assist your body to heal itself naturally. Our professional, experienced and knowledgeable RMTs offer their health expertise and collaborate one-on-one with each patient to provide the best treatment possible for your particular needs.
Massage Therapy can be a great addition to your regular health-care routine!
Osteopathy
Osteopathy is a gentle manual medicine focused on movement: the movement of joints, fluids, breath, energy, and emotions.
When circulation of any of these is blocked, discomfort, pain, or illness may occur. The work of the osteopathic practitioner is to find the obstruction and help reset the movement.
Osteopathy can be an excellent choice to help treat:
Back pain, Joint pain, Digestive issues, Stress, Pregnancy, Pediatric health
Osteopathic treatment can also address emotional health - helping to acknowledge, express and release emotions.
After a complete assessment and in-clinic treatment, you will be left with food for thought, specific tailored breathing homework, and/or stretching exercises. With gentle and highly safe manual techniques, osteopathy helps your body to rebalance and heal.
